Service Description. This Site describes Hail Dent Repair, Truck Dent Repair, Commercial Vehicle Dent Repair, Paintless Dent Repair, Hail Damage Repair provided by HailCraft USA. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. HailCraft USA may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HailCraft USA makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, HailCraft USA's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold HailCraft USA harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in IN.
